MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR)

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a renowned, empirically-supported 8-week program that delves into the major concepts of mindfulness through a wide range of guided meditations, activities, group discussions, and home practice.

In this program, you will learn first-hand how to cope more effectively with life’s challenges with greater resilience and calm. You will enhance your overall well-being by developing practical skills to manage chronic stress, pain, and illness.

  • INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

    Mindfulness has become a buzzword and is drawing global attention as a powerful intervention for stress, stress-related illness, and chronic pain. What exactly does Mindfulness mean and entail? This introductory course will answer this and many other questions about mindfulness.

  • FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPTS OF MINDFULNESS

    This highly experiential workshop will introduce participants to the origins, principles and practices of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other mindfulness-based interventions.

  • MINDFULNESS RETREATS

    A silent retreat is a powerful and wonderful way to fully immerse oneself in the practices of mindfulness meditation in a safe and supported container.

  • 1:1 COACHING

    Both Nina and Dr. Melissa offer private coaching and support in bringing the benefits of mindfulness practices and techniques to all aspects of your life.
